Amapola House

Deposits on cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee. We advise you to purchase travel insurance; it is inexpensive and the smart thing to do. Rentals require a refundable $300 security/damage deposit (higher during spring break) that is promptly returned shortly after check-out. Reservations made online will be assigned a confirmation code, which must be presented at check-in. The availability calendar is updated every 24 hours. The minimum stay is three nights. Rental of Amapola House is exclusive to one party at a time. For more than six guests, an optional separate fourth bedroom suite is situated on its own level and offers a private bathroom and terrace for up to two additional guests. This suite is not rented separately and occasionally may be in use by the owners. For larger parties, a adjacent twin home is available at similar rates. Amapola House is located in the quieter section of a residential beach area community and is not suitable for student and singles party groups. Rates are subject to change without notice.
